Airline Forced To Pay For Psychotherapy For Plus-Sized Model

A plus-size model who Qatar Airways apparently refused to board because she was “too fat” has been forced to pay for treatment by a Brazilian court.

Influencer Juliana Nehme, 38, said that the airline treated her unfairly because of her size.

Juliana said in a message to her 167,000 Instagram followers that she was denied boarding her trip on November 22 from Beirut to Doha purportedly because of her weight.

Since then, her video describing the alleged assault has gained popularity.

She and her family had traveled to Lebanon for a vacation, and Air France had brought them there without incident.
