Brush Your Teeth Properly

Proper brushing is important to have neat and clean teeth. It is important that you brush your teeth twice a day. Try to cover all the angles of the tooth surfaces. Always hold the brush at a 45-degree angle to the gum line.
Use Fluoride Toothpaste Or Tartar Control Toothpaste

The concentration of fluoride in the teeth is increased by using a fluoride toothpaste. It helps to prevent dental cavities and also make your teeth strong, your tooth enamel gets stronger by this. If you use tartar control toothpaste then it will help you to remove tartar and plaque. These kinds of toothpaste include pyrophosphates, zinc citrate, fluoride etc in them, they work as an antibiotic and kill the oral bacteria.
Brush With Baking Soda

Ingredients:
1 tablespoon baking soda
A pinch of salt
Toothbrush
Preparation:
Mix salt and baking soda and put this mixture on a wet toothbrush. Then brush your teeth gently after that rinse your mouth. Use it every 7-10 days for a better result.
Use Aloe Vera Gel And Glycerine Scrub

Ingredients:
1 teaspoon aloe vera gel
4 teaspoons vegetable glycerine
4-5 tablespoons baking soda
10 drops lemon essential oil
1 cup water
Preparation and Use:
Mix them all to make a toothpaste and scrub your teeth with it. Now rinse your mouth until the paste is removed. Use it regularly until the plaque is gone.
Use Orange Peel To Remove Tartar

Ingredients:
Orange peels
All you have to do is:
Take a piece of orange peel and rub it on your teeth for 3-4 minutes.
After 2-3 minutes wash your mouth with clean water. Apply this twice a week.
Eat Fruits and Vegetables

It is important that you eat vegetables and fruits; it will not only make you healthy but also clean your teeth naturally. Munch on an apple, muskmelon, carrot etc also strengthen the gums and also remove the food particles from teeth.
Chewing Sesame Seeds

All you need is 1 tablespoon sesame seeds and toothbrush. Then chew these sesame seeds and brush your teeth while seeds still in your mouth. Do this regularly.
An Electric Toothbrush

Many electric toothbrushes are much better than the manual one, it is also recommended by the doctors to use an electric brush rather than manual one.
Floss Regularly

Flossing is also important to have neat and clean teeth. It helps to remove the food particles between teeth. It will also prevent the tartar and gum diseases.
Gargle With An Antiseptic Oral Cleanser

Ingredient:
1 tablespoon antiseptic mouthwash
3 tablespoons 3% hydrogen peroxide solution
Preparation:
Add these two ingredients and gargle with them for a minute.
Now gargle with plain water. And you should do this twice a week.
Lemon

Take one teaspoon of lemon juice and dip your toothbrush in lemon juice. Then gently rub this juice on your teeth and gums. Now rinse your mouth with lukewarm water. It will help to prevent the cavity and plaque.
Coconut Oil

All you need is 1-2 tablespoons virgin coconut oil and swish the oil around in your mouth for 10-15 minutes. Then spit it and rinse your mouth. Repeat it twice a week for a better result.
